Edentulous Maxillary

This case was in function since 1996. The restorative material was Isosid, the prosthesis was screw retained and supported by 8 identical universal hexagonal abutment s . The Abutment and implant were placed as an assembly in a single stage procedure . 8 clinical parameters such as ginigval health , attachment width, mobility , pain, calculus index were recorded for the last 8 years. This patient suffered from a stroke in 1999 and is currently in a long term care facility.
